Some days its just me, my coffee, the beautiful sky, flowers, my book, my jewellery, some sunshine, the snow and a bit of self-love.
I am up for my Q & A about my characters from “Pieces of Time” this week on Goodreads only.
For those of you who have no idea what Pieces of Time is all about, Here is a bit of intro to get you started.
You can subscribe or e-mail me personally if you would like to get hold of a copy.
This is the book cover and a short blurb should do the justice for now.
Love of coming age that takes you through a swift but promising ride filled with true love and romance. Linda, the protagonist is a perfect reflection of her mother at 27. From the South Fair, she moves to a small town of Gladstone with her family. Her spirits at awe and roar of imagination with high hopes for meeting the love of her life, Linda’s heart is torn into million pieces.
A prose version of a woman who is head over heels with the unexpected man, a loner on the inside. But, the family tie binds him stronger than ever. Yet, her mind is full of flashes from her memories of high-school handsome.
Magic essence, Time is the key to her heart destined to find the love of her life. On the whole, Book I is a saga of endless drama of misunderstandings and reconciliation of emotions at an edge.
Thank you 🙂
So, Do you want to relax and feel great being at home but do want to experience the world?
A couple of things I jotted down today would do some good.
A way to go every day, a peaceful walk down the lane refreshes your memory and you feel good because it is a kind of low impact exercise for your body too.
Just wander for a while and let your thoughts go on and on as far as you know where you are going.
Taking some time to write to your dear ones rather than text or call until something that requires attention pops up is always a better way to express yourself. Pen and show you care in your old and own ways.
Pamper yourself with a relaxing bath. The aromatherapy oils could do wonders for you. Might not sound relaxing but it wouldn’t hurt. Let your worries drift away while your spirits come back.
More often, music could be more soothing. If you have a specific favorite set of tunes, you could probably enjoy that playlist while bathing.
Learning a new language
This could be just saying ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’, but saying it in a new language would make you feel great. You could search stuff online and look for podcast that can teachyou lots of stuff.
In other words you can practice yoga/ meditating. Focus upon one thing and set aside at least 15 minutes in your day fort relaxing in a different aspect.
If you love gatherings and even comfortable meeting strangers of similar interests, local events would interest you far more than anything else. You get to meet people, talk and have some fun.
A great change you could create is shift the stuff around and rearrange. It makes you feel better and different and pass some time away.
Of all, write how you feel about stuff. It could be even a recipe you have made at home or something funny that happened and share. A blog or journal would also sound interesting.
Books & Tv
Books and watching TV are two other favorite things I would love to enjoy if I am home.
Grab books from the library or buy if anything interests you. Try spending some timereading books. It might seem lame for those who don’t read books.
Well, There is no end to our ideas when we start to think. Is there?
Go ahead. Pick your perfect ways to spend time and relax at home with the weekend ahead.
“Pieces of Time” by Euphonos Aus is a love story. The protagonist, 27 year old Linda Robson, “likes love the classic way and yearns to meet her true love.” (end of quote) The novella is set in the early 90’s in the fictional town of Gladstone, a small town known for artwork and craft exhibitions. The narrative style is attention-grabbing. Readers will encounter amusing linguistic choices.
As a teacher of English, and a language learner myself, it made me think of my use of German and Spanish as I was learning to express myself in those languages. Although amusing, my meanings would always be understandable. And of course, love is a universal language, understood by all who encounter it. This is the case also with “Pieces of Time”. This is a novel that expresses the universal hope of all human beings to love and be loved perfectly.
Most of us lose that illusion early on in life, others remain its captive for a lifetime. Linda Robson has high hopes she will be loved by the man whom Fate has destined for her. This is the intriguing aspect that allows readers to relate to Linda, to see life through her eyes and understand it through her unconventional linguistic choices. Indeed, it is the imperfection evident in her use of language that acts as a metaphor, for me, that true love is not about perfection itself, but rather, the perfect ability to love and be loved in spite of our non-perfect selves.
This is an enjoyable book that anybody who believes in the power of love will be happy to read, from page first to page last. With love for my wife who accepts my unconventional expressions of love, I highly recommend this book.

TIME & REGRETS
As we began our journey into the real world from the world of toddlers, kids, teens and adolescents, we are left with too many responsibilities. With lot going on with your family and friends, you tend to forget living your life; My statistics although not calculative and figurative help us draw some brief conclusions after talking to many individuals out there, all I can say is nobody is happy with their life completely.
This book deals with the sensitive emotions briefing the notions of many who suffer and regret the time lost and wish for the moments to live once again.
I was actually surprised to find myself so obsessed with this book that’s releasing in five days. It is pulling me upto a whole new level.
Guess what? Have I mentioned, I am working on each and every poem all over again. I just don’t get the sense or satisfaction of completion.
Are you a writer? Were you or are you tied up by this unbearable obsession at any point..
Picture belongs to weheartit, content is mine.
“Do you actually write what you read?”
“Has this ever crossed your mind?” I am a lover of mystery, crime, thriller subjects although I have great love for classics and children’s books; Now, there’s no scope for Poetry to budge into my life of multi-genres.
We stand close to the edge but only some of us risk and try. Until we do, we never know where we fit in; Some of us might be reading and writing the same genre; While the rest of us could be exceptionally subjective and entirely reflect the opposite;
In my notion, reader in every writer doesn’t necessarily be the writer of every book or genre he or she reads;
Time that forgave the wretched voice of indefiniteness,
Time that obeyed the reason of impulse that urged to control.
